The Note:  We have a note on the property that represents just a fraction of the real value, never-the-less, we must pay it off.  We have indebtedness of $600,000.  Will you partner with us to eliminate the debt? 

The Conference Center:  To more fully utilize the facility, we will renovate an older building into a cozy and comfortable conference center.  The Center will include a multipurpose room to accommodate 150, either in chairs or around tables, along with technology for various multimedia presentations.  With the addition of bathrooms and central hearing and air conditioning, the cost of this project will be about $30,000.

Other Renovation:  We have several renovation needs:

Chapel air conditioning renewal                       $6,000

Director’s home renovation                            $15,000

Dining hall and kitchen upgrades                   $12,000

Swimming pool/area improvements                 $5,000

Air conditioner for Caretaker’s home               $6,000

Multimedia System for BridgeStone Chapel      $8,000

Furnishings for houses, from double beds to couches, chairs, tables, etc.

 

 Operating Expense:  We need $15,000 to operate the remainder of this year.  Every person at BridgeStone is a volunteer, but utilities, maintenance, and insurance costs must be covered.
